About This Role

The Infant Toddler Teacher will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience, fostering children's development and building strong relationships with families in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills
• Collaborate with teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold school’s commitment to excellence

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units OR an awarded CDA in Infant Toddler
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies
• Authorization to work in the United States
