As an Infant Teacher, you will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience for infants, supporting their individual needs and developmental milestones. You will build trusting relationships with families and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for early learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills
- Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center
- Authorization to work in the United States
Qualifications
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center
Nice to Have
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies
