As an Infant Teacher, you will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience for infants, supporting their individual needs and developmental milestones. You will build trusting relationships with families and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for early learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills
• Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center
• Authorization to work in the United States

Qualifications

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies
