About This Role

Launch and operate an independent optometric practice within a Walmart store, focusing on patient eye and vision care while maintaining full autonomy over practice operations and fees.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and operate optometry services in Walmart stores
  • Provide patient care related to eye and vision health
  • Provide patient care related to general health and wellbeing
  • Establish days and hours of practice operation
  • Control patient schedule and set fee schedule
  • Retain 100% of exam and professional fees

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school OR Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state optometry license OR valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate

Qualifications
