About This Role

Serve as a lead Associate Optometrist, delivering high-quality eye care through clinical protocols, maximizing practice growth, and ensuring outstanding patient experiences in partnership with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through strong KPI management and high accountability
• Ensure Brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community
• Operate as successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market
• Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service
• Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs
• Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed patient service through ensuring staff performs service process steps
• Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations
• Establish a positive Doctor/patient relationship
• Utilize and leverage effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences
• Lead by example

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Solid organizational skills
