Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Sales Representative, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching them with appropriate products. Leverage your sales expertise to convert warm leads into policyholders and represent the Liberty Mutual brand.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads from customers
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and customer-centricity
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, or Kentucky
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years of sales experience
