Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Sales Representative, handling warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs, and converting sales into policyholders. This role involves comprehensive training and licensing to ensure success from day one.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Skillfully use sales expertise to turn prospects into Liberty Mutual policyholders
• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
• Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
• Ensure customers receive quality products and services with integrity

Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Ability to maintain department Work at home (W@H) requirements (professional workspace/room with dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload speed)

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
