This role involves handling inbound calls to consult with customers on insurance needs, matching products to convert leads into policyholders, and representing the Liberty Mutual brand with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads from customers
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to beneficial products
- Adapt to different work environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST)
- Maintain professional workspace/room with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
