Join Liberty Mutual as an Inside Sales Representative, handling inbound calls to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders. You will receive paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and work exclusively with warm leads in a dynamic remote role.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
- Maintain integrity while closing sales, ensuring customers receive quality products and services
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in the state of Florida
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years of sales experience
