Join Liberty Mutual as an Inside Sales Representative, handling inbound calls to consult with customers on insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders. This role offers paid training, generous commission, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
- Receive paid training and licensing in all 50 states
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, or Kentucky
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload) and professional workspace
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
