Serve as a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, handling finance loans and servicing auto loans by responding to customer inquiries and processing payments.
Responsibilities
- Service auto loans
- Speak with customers and insurance companies
- Respond to inquiries regarding balance, payments, and statement information
- Address questions about titles, claims, and total loss
- Handle 40-60 calls per day in a call center environment
Requirements
- Availability 8am-8pm (working 8-5 day shift)
