About This Role

Serve as a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, handling finance loans and servicing auto loans by responding to customer inquiries and processing payments.

Responsibilities

  • Service auto loans
  • Speak with customers and insurance companies
  • Respond to inquiries regarding balance, payments, and statement information
  • Address questions about titles, claims, and total loss
  • Handle 40-60 calls per day in a call center environment

Requirements

  • Availability 8am-8pm (working 8-5 day shift)
