This role is for a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Sunrise ABA, focusing on providing ethical, center-based and in-home ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. The position involves case management, data collection, assessments, parent training, collaboration with clinical teams, and mentorship of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
- Collect data utilizing Central Reach
- Complete intake and assessments
- Provide parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
- Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s Degree
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
