About This Role

Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This role involves improving behaviors, providing clinical supervision, and collaborating with families and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments and skills assessments
  • Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in line with BACB, insurance, and organizational standards
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs, monitoring progress through supervision, data analysis, and caregiver input
  • Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff, maintaining BACB supervision standards
  • Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards

Requirements

  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D)
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s)
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD
  • Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD
