Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About This Role

This role involves providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, ensuring ethical treatment and embracing a new-age cultural approach. The BCBA will utilize Central Reach for data collection and complete intake and assessments, while also training parents and collaborating with a team of clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
• Collect data utilizing Central Reach
• Meet billable hour requirements (30 hours for full-time, 75% of total hours worked for part-time)
• Complete intake and assessments
• Conduct parent training
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
• Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s Degree
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Passion for client success
• Strong leadership skills
