Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About This Role

WeEvolve, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide quality care in South Florida, focusing on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support
• Monitor data and make clinical adjustments as needed
• Train and supervise RBTs
• Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical and clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification in good standing
• 8-Hour BACB Supervision Training
• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Level 2 Background Clearance

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Medicaid credentialing
