Dale's Heating & Air is seeking skilled HVAC service technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service and providing recommendations to ensure customer comfort, working independently and representing the company with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride
- Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable
- Document work in trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep the day running smoothly
- Pursue certifications if needed with company investment
- Work independently, own your route, and represent Dale's with professionalism
Requirements
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
