About This Role

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing all system issues in a timely manner, troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, and performing scheduled maintenance. This role ensures customer satisfaction by suggesting system improvements and modifications.

Responsibilities

Service all system issues on time and to the customers satisfaction
Troubleshoot and repair customer systems
Perform scheduled maintenance
Perform warranty work
Suggest system improvements and modifications
Work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems

Requirements

Minimum 2 years Residential HVAC experience
High school diploma/GED
EPA Universal certification
Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
Clean driving record

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years Residential HVAC experience

Nice to Have

Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology
