This HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic internal consultant, partnering with business leaders to align human resources processes and solutions with business objectives. They will provide coaching and guidance on organizational change, employee relations, and performance, ensuring legal compliance and supporting the strategic direction of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the business and marketplace to support assigned business units
- Provide coaching, problem resolution, and guidance to employees and managers on employee relations, policies, and career growth
- Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions for performance, retention, and engagement
- Support leaders in leadership development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and career development
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Effectively manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage key HR programs and services, with subject matter experts, including compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational design
- Consult with business unit managers in strategic planning and development of HR strategies
- Initiate and lead strategic HR projects and project teams as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or related experience
- Experience specifically working with employment law and employee relations issues
