Human Resources Business Partner

About This Role

Serve as an HR Business Partner for Beyond Finance, collaborating with client managers to support their people and deliver results. This role focuses on employee development, employee relations, performance management, and analysis to maximize team and company capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other HR members and integrate into business teams
• Collaborate with client managers to support their people
• Execute client-specific and Beyond-wide projects
• Support 25-50 managers on a broad range of HR needs
• Coordinate performance management processes (onboarding, goal setting, development, feedback, off-boarding)
• Partner with management on employee development and employee relations
• Query and generate reports, conduct analysis on employee experience and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years HR Generalist or Business Partner experience
• Strong technical/analytical skills with ability to manipulate data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Demonstrated capability to drive projects to completion and execute
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (persuasion, negotiations)
• Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential communications and materials
• Ability to positively interact and effectively communicate with business clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years professional human resources experience with results being a Generalist or Business Partner in a high demand, high output role with a demonstrated track record of success.
