Human Resources Assistant

About This Role

This role involves participating in a research initiative for an AI client by using HR knowledge to design and refine research questions related to HR practices and organizational workflows. The Human Resources Assistant will provide insights and recommendations based on prior experience for this hourly contract position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate research questions relevant to human resources operations
• Provide insights and recommendations based on prior HR experience
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all work
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and meet agreed timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Human Resources Assistant (excluding payroll/timekeeping) or similar role
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship
