This role involves collaborating with the CFO on Human Resources and Business Operations activities, focusing on organization, planning, direction, reporting, project management, and compliance to support daily business operations. This position requires wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee on/off boarding administration and compliance
- Oversee and manage integrity of employee data, documents, and records
- Manage Health Benefits Renewals, open enrollment, and audit benefit portals
- Administer 401k plan, including annual filings, audits, and compliance
- Ensure RTC HR policies, procedures, and protocols comply with state/federal mandates
- Manage HR legal documents and revisions for employees and Independent Contractors
- Assess HR policies and procedures to implement necessary improvements and efficiencies
- Oversight, Audit and act as Backup for Multi-state Payroll Processing
- Recruit, onboard, and train Business Operations personnel
- Serve as Technical Recruiting team backup (sourcing, scheduling)
- Manage job portal listings within ATS and various job posting portals
Requirements
- 5+ years of Payroll processing
- 10+ years of relevant and proven work experience in a corporate HR Management role
- 10+ years of relevant experience with Human Resource administration and compliance
- PHR Certification (active)
- Fundamental knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws and best practices
- Fundamental knowledge of Health Benefits and 401k plan administration guidelines
- Fundamental knowledge of disciplinary investigations and documentation
- Strong experience in researching, writing and assessing Policies and Procedures for HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll
- Intermediate to Advanced user of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ Years relevant and proven work experience in a corporate environment in dedicated HR Management role with same level of responsibilities in HR, Benefits and Recruiting
