HR Business Partner, Plants - Food

About This Role

This HR Business Partner role executes and delivers moderately complex HR processes, focusing on people and culture strategies, performance improvement, and employee engagement within plant locations. The position supports stakeholders, analyzes metrics, and provides HR support to supervisors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement moderately complex solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting, and retention within the plant
• Execute workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities, and other talent programs and projects at the location
• Leverage reports and dashboards to measure, manage, and analyze HR and business performance metrics at plant locations
• Communicate and adopt diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations
• Provide human resources support to plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions
• Handle employee relations, workforce investigations, and employee experience/engagement matters
• Partner with key leaders and other functional partners on the execution of moderately complex local people and culture plans
• Implement moderately complex plant HR operational processes, including employee/labor relations, compliance, and effectiveness

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
