This HR Business Partner role provides strategic HR services to business leaders, addressing operational, talent, and talent lifecycle-related issues. The role involves leading change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, and talent growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within supported business areas
- Address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, and culture
- Support workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching
- Proactively translate group's business strategies into HR solutions
- Support leaders in meeting strategic objectives
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Human Resources
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in Human Resources
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- Senior Human Resource Professional certification
