About This Role

This HR Business Partner role provides strategic HR services to business leaders, addressing operational, talent, and talent lifecycle-related issues. The role involves leading change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, and talent growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within supported business areas
  • Address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, and culture
  • Support workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching
  • Proactively translate group's business strategies into HR solutions
  • Support leaders in meeting strategic objectives

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Human Resources

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in Human Resources

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
  • Senior Human Resource Professional certification
