Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, managing recruitment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training, serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Assists with recruitment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training
- Serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, answering general questions
- Refers complex inquiries to the HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Follows established procedures to record employee absences
- Maintains employee records
- Assists with supervisory reports
- Performs general clerical duties such as filing and copying
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience
Qualifications
- HS Grad or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience; Admin experience is required
