This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all assigned areas within the facility, ensuring a safe and presentable environment. The position requires adherence to specific instructions and established safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service all assigned areas
- Learn and carry out housekeeping and safety/emergency procedures
- Perform routine and specific tasks repetitively
- Follow specific instructions and direction independently and from supervisors
- Report broken facility and resident use equipment to supervisor
- Know and participate in the facility emergency preparedness plan
Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
- Ability to learn and carry out housekeeping and safety/emergency procedures
- Ability to perform routine and specific tasks on a repetitive basis
