Charge Nurse RN/LVN Double Weekends

About This Role

Serve as a Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) on weekends, collaborating with medical staff, providing direct resident care, and performing administrative duties in a long-term senior care setting.

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific assigned residents
• Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services
• Help team members grow their careers and change lives
• Examine residents and their records/charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings
• Recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems
• Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
