LPN or RN

About This Role

This role is for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join a dedicated clinical team. The individual will confer with medical staff, assist in planning nursing services, examine residents, and perform administrative duties related to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents.
• Consult with physicians concerning resident evaluation and assist in planning nursing services.
• Help team members grow their careers by providing guidance and support.
• Examine residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
• Perform administrative duties for assigned residents, including completing medical forms, reports, and charting.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
