Floor Nurse RN

About This Role

This role involves providing quality patient care to residents in a senior living facility, focusing on assessments, documentation, and continuous quality improvement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise the delivery of quality patient care by assuring that the Nursing Care Plan is developed, implemented and followed
• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promote continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Positive, caring and customer-service oriented attitude
• Current BLS and ACLS certificate
• Time management skills
• Great communication skills
• Dependable transportation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• LPN / LVN License
