As a House Supervisor, you will direct patient care delivery, manage resources, and provide leadership to frontline nursing teams, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift
- Monitor and assess current environment for smooth hospital operations
- Assess and allocate resources as needed
- Provide input to employee performance and assist in coaching staff members
- Document daily staffing and administrative records
- Maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures
- Present documentation to senior staff
- Provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis
- Maintain communication with patient and family members regarding care needed
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience
- Registered Nursing License (RN) CA
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
