About This Role

Provide direct support to hospice patients in their homes, assisting with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and household tasks. Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents
• Maintain confidentiality and utilize the EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment and operate medical equipment properly
• Respond promptly to client needs

Requirements

• STNA certification in OH
• Current driver's license
• Vehicle insurance
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently
• Ability to function in any home situation

Nice to Have

• 6+ months of home care experience
