About This Role

This role is for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology Physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting within The Oncology Institute's growing Orlando practice. The physician will benefit from strong clinical support, predictable income, and leadership growth opportunities while focusing on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting
  • Focus on patient care supported by an integrated care model designed to reduce administrative burden
  • Utilize an established referral network with a growing patient panel
  • Oversee on-site infusion services
  • Collaborate with dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaborations
  • Engage in shared call structure with Q4 call coverage (every 4 weekends)
  • Contribute to program development and clinical strategy
  • Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives
