Heavy Equipment Operator I

About This Role

Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders at a waste disposal site, maintaining safe practices and performing routine inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company operating safety policies and procedures
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintain accurate records
• Move and position raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicle

Requirements

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
