Responsibilities

• Provide structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality
• Develop evaluation rubrics for assessing AI-generated medical records tasks
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance

Requirements

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Medical Records Specialist
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer
