Guest Services Representative

About This Role

The Guest Services Representative provides exceptional customer service, greeting and directing visitors and their families, and serving as a resource for information and guidance. This role aims to create a positive first impression of the organization and maintain an appropriate environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests entering the lobby with a sincere greeting, exhibiting proper guest relations skills and a positive approachable attitude.
• Provides accurate and timely information and directions.
• Proactively assists guests with obtaining a wheelchair, provides general assistance, or accompanies them to their destination as appropriate.
• Takes the initiative to maintain a safe and attractive environment within the facility and immediate property.
• Provides information and support to families of surgery patients.
• Notifies Security of any suspicious person or behavior, accident, or circumstances that may cause damage or injury.
• Ensures department logs are up to date and accurate.
• Establishes and maintains efficient working relationships with supervisor, coworkers and customers.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled.
