As a Guest Experience Expert, you will create memorable and unique experiences for guests by guiding them throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. This role involves processing operational needs, addressing requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights, all while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
