Group Fitness Instructor

About This Role

Lead group fitness classes for members and guests, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. Maintain a high level of energy and build supportive relationships with attendees.

Responsibilities

• Instruct a variety of group exercise classes
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the training rooms
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Build a supportive and motivating rapport with members and guests
• Actively promote other group fitness classes and personal training programs
• Attend all required club/team meetings

Requirements

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred) or valid Yoga/Pilates certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
