Kids Crunch Attendant

About This Role

The Kids Crunch Attendant supervises children in the Kids Crunch department of a Crunch Fitness facility, ensuring a safe and clean environment for members' children.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children and parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety
• Provide consistent interaction with children
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects
• Bottle-feed babies or assist in eating needs of older children in accordance with parental direction
• Maintain a calm environment
• Clean and sanitize childcare toys
• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Answer childcare phone
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to stand, bend, and squat with frequency
• Ability to climb and hang decorations when needed

Qualifications
