Grocery Night Stocker

About This Role

As a Night Stocker, you will be a crucial part of a team responsible for organizing and stocking H-E-B shelves overnight, ensuring products are available and compliant with safety standards. This role requires commitment, hard work, and a focus on quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and refill displays with products
• Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products, including unloading trucks
• Condition shelves and products, ensuring proper rotation dates and label information for A+ Standards
• Keep the department clean and well-organized, including back rooms and shelves
• Apply personal discipline to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leader direction
• Ensure federal, state, and company regulations for product food safety and sanitation are met
• Work efficiently with a team attitude and maintain productivity standards
• Assist customers in locating products and answering product questions
• May coach and train other Stockers

Requirements

• Minimum age 18

Qualifications

• Entry level with preferred experience in stocking and customer service
