About This Role

This Program Manager role focuses on managing program execution within defined constraints, contributing to strategic planning, and overseeing internal teams and contractors to ensure the delivery of technology and business application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage program execution within defined constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, addressing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
• Contribute to program-level strategic planning and engage with executive-level management to facilitate complex issue resolution.
• Oversee internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors to ensure delivery of systems and enhancements that meet specified requirements.
• Provide oversight of project scope definition and management, including requirements gathering, documentation, time estimation, and project schedule development.
• Monitor and maintain progress reports across projects, ensuring consistent follow-up with stakeholders to drive execution and accountability.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or leadership to ensure prompt resolution and maintain project momentum.
