This role involves partnering with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware for product development, managing distribution logistics, and overseeing budget and procurement for multiple programs. The specialist ensures efficient operations and coordinates with various teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware on time for product development
• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics efficiently
• Support budget management and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage procurement and track Purchase Orders diligently
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
• Oversee multiple programs concurrently to meet project goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
• Experience in hardware development and working with vendors domestically and internationally
• Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
• Ability to coordinate across different teams, vendors, and time zones
