The General Factory Worker performs various tasks to support production and manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and safety. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products for quality assurance
- Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues to supervisors
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
