About This Role

Operate a poly bandsaw to cut foam to precise specifications, ensuring quality and maintaining equipment and work area cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials prior to operation to ensure proper quality standards
• Alert supervisor to any substandard raw materials or prior operations
• Perform proper maintenance on equipment at all times
• Correct any substandard, off-quality work produced
• Maintain necessary skills to achieve 100% or better efficiency level
• Promote goodwill and a positive company image to follow employees and the community
• Conform to all company policies
• Promote safety at all times by following all company safety rules
• Cut poly to utilize foam
• Cut poly to the correct specifications by size or by pattern
• Stage cut foam in order of need for dispatching
• Maintain a clean working area
