Frontline Sales Representative

About This Role

Build rapport with prospective and current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and demonstrate a positive attitude in a high-energy sales environment. Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
• Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain minimum performance goals
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
• Keep current on sales information, materials, and industry trends
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to overcome objections
• Perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
• Energetic, outgoing and tenacious
• General smart device skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
