Guest Experience Experts build memorable and unique guest experiences, taking initiative to provide a wide range of services from check-in/check-out to local area highlights.

Responsibilities

• Give guests a smooth check-in and check-out
• Build and provide memorable and unique guest experiences
• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communications
