Responsibilities
- Give guests a smooth check-in and check-out
- Build and provide memorable and unique guest experiences
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
- Process operational needs and address guest requests
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communications
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
