This role is for a high-energy individual passionate about fitness, responsible for engaging with leads, booking consultations and trials, and selling D1 Training products and services, ultimately fostering community growth and helping athletes achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to leads
- Book free trial workouts and consultations
- Nurture prospects through the sales process and close memberships
- Sell all D1 products and services
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales or marketing (fitness industry preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Social media content creation experience
- High-energy, goal-driven personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability Monday - Friday from 8 am - 2 pm
Qualifications
