This role is responsible for providing guest services, accepting payments, and performing data entry, while supporting management in the general operation of the facility for Target Hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safety culture as set out by Target Hospitality
- Greet all incoming guests and employees courteously and professionally
- Check in all arrivals utilizing designated systems
- Accept payments and process transactions
- Assist supervisor in planning, directing, and maintaining work schedules and tasks of the front desk team
- Enter registration information of guests, perform data entry, process reports, and work with computer programs
- Perform all required filing and data entry
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, pleasant manner
- Receive, check, and re-direct all incoming faxes and electronic mail
- Prepare correspondence for pick up, including packages and mail
- Provide assistance to manager with the preparation of reports and correspondence
- Exceed guests' needs by providing world-class customer service
- Attend safety meetings and participate in Target Hospitality emergency response procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years administration experience in remote camp or hotel/hospitality industry or equivalent
- Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations
- Ability to read and write in English
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with or without supervision
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and urinalysis
- Must provide own transportation to and from the facility
Qualifications
- 2+ years administration experience preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality industry or equivalent
