Food & Beverage Manager

About This Role

Manage the Food & Beverage Department operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting culinary and hospitality teams, and driving profitable results at The Source Hotel in Denver's RiNo Art District.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train staff; recommend performance evaluations and resolve problems.
• Plan and direct administrative and planning functions for the Food and Beverage Department.
• Clearly describe, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for F&B sub-departments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for F&B sub-departments to achieve profitable results.
• Participate in menu creation with Food and Beverage managers to attract target markets.
• Implement effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs to Crescent standards.
• Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Assist managers in establishing and achieving profit objectives and quality standards.
• Regularly review and evaluate guest satisfaction to recommend new operating and marketing policies.
• Develop operating tools such as budgeting, forecasting, purchase specifications, and recipes.
• Continuously evaluate staff performance and administer a training and development program.
