About This Role

Deliver food orders to guests, communicate with kitchen staff, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas, contributing to a memorable guest experience at Hotel Republic San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests
• Act as the point of contact between Guest and kitchen staff
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities like food allergies
• Clear and clean tables
• Maintain cleanliness in the area
• Constantly walk from inside the resort to the pool area outside

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and push items up to 20 lbs
• Certified Food Handler
