Provide nursing services to students in two schools in the Lakewood, WA area as a Float School LPN. Collaborate with school staff and families and maintain thorough documentation to support student health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Consult and collaborate with school staff and families regarding students' health and wellness
- Provide nursing services based on prescribed services in the IEP
- Communicate student medical status and concerns effectively to school staff and families
- Review and implement plans of care as detailed by school nursing staff and physicians
- Maintain all documentation required by the district, including vital signs, medication administration, and daily notes
Requirements
- Nursing license in the state of WA
