Maintain and repair various types of material handling equipment for Ditch Witch, ensuring safe operation and adherence to quality and safety expectations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate various equipment, powered and manual, to maintain company equipment
- Utilize good mechanical skills to help maintain company equipment of all types
- Be willing to work overtime as needed
- Meet or exceed quality and safety expectations
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Fleet Maintenance Technician
- Appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills
- Ability to regularly handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally in excess of 50 pounds
- Good work record, including strong self-motivation, reliable attendance, attention to quality, ability to learn new skills, and a cordial, cooperative personality
- Good driving record
- Good observational and problem recognition skills
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant experience for Technician I, 3+ years for Technician II
