About This Role

This role involves supporting preventive maintenance and repairs for the company's vehicle fleet and facility equipment. The technician will ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for use.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on company fleet vehicles including oil, tire, and fluid service
  • Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshoot basic vehicle issues
  • Assist with preventive maintenance on tractors, forklifts, pressure washers, and other equipment
  • Support general repairs across company grounds, facilities, vehicles, and related assets
  • Maintain shop and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
  • Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Document work performed and communicate maintenance needs to leadership
  • Operate company vehicles, trucks, and pull-behind trailers safely

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1+ year automotive maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and general repair principles
  • Ability to multi-task and work within precise limits and accuracy standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Analytical and mechanical aptitude with problem-solving ability
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with occasional extended hours or weekends

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1+ year automotive maintenance experience

Nice to Have

  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment (or willingness to learn)
